The machine is mainly composed of a forced feeding mechanism, a screw, a barrel, a filter head, an automatic rubber cutting device, a temperature control system and a transmission device.
1. Base
The base is an integral welded structure and is machined after annealing.
2. Motor
The motor uses a variable frequency motor. 75kw
3. Reducer:
Form: With a full hardened gear reducer.
Lubrication method : Spray and splash lubrication
4. Screw
1) Material: 38CrMoALA, the surface is polished by nitriding, hardness ≥ HV950, hard layer depth ≥ 0.55mm;
2) Structure
a> Throughout the length of the screw, it is a hollow structure to facilitate temperature control.
b> inside the screw, water pressure test for more than 1 hour, no leakage.
5. Machine barrel
1) barrel material: 38CrMoAlA, inner hole nitriding treatment, hardness HV950 ~ 1000,
Hard layer depth ≥ 0.55mm.
2) The cylinder cooling water channel shall be 10kg/cm2, and the water pressure test for more than 1 hour shall not leak.
6. Machine head
1) Adopt double-disc hydraulic push-pull structure.
2) Electric cutting rubber.
3) The head cooling water channel shall be 10kg/cm2, and the water pressure test for more than 1 hour shall not leak.
7. Feeding mechanism
1) Feed motor speed is adjustable, matching the speed of the main motor.
2) The outer body of the feeding port is made of stainless steel.
3) The internal pressure of the feeding rotor is 10kg/cm2, and the water pressure test for more than 1 hour shall not leak.
